1. Physical Products (Tap Cards, Stickers, etc.)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, we will make the return process straightforward.

- Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in reasonable condition.
- Normal wear from light handling is fine. Deliberate damage is not.

1.3 Refunds

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

- We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- When you pay for a billing period, you receive access for the full period.
3.2 Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
3.3 Refunds
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
- This keeps pricing fair and predictable for everyone.
4. Digital Services and Access
Once digital services or features have been activated for your account:
- They are considered delivered.
- Refunds are not available except where required by law.
